  • EEM is now an accredited Living Wage Employer!

EEM is now an accredited Living Wage Employer!

We’re excited to share that we have been officially accredited as a Living Wage Employer! This proves that everyone working for us – including our apprentices and business suppliers – earn at least the real Living Wage, which is based on the actual cost of living, not just the government’s minimum rates.

We’re proud to be part of a growing movement of businesses and organisations making this commitment. By taking this step, we hope to encourage others in our industry to do the same and help make fair pay the norm.
