The EEM Community Donation Scheme is back! 🎉

We’re excited to be donating a further £650,000 again this year!

As we approach our 15th anniversary, it’s incredible to think that our biggest social value initiative has now delivered just under £4 million back to our members to support their local communities – something we’re incredibly proud of.

Our Community Donations are distributed proportionately based on members’ usage of EEM frameworks in the previous financial year, with additional contributions from our supply chain through materials spend on member contracts.

A huge thank you to all our members and supply chain for your continued support!

What an incredible evening at the Building Communities Awards 10^th Anniversary! A true celebration of the people, projects and partnerships making a real difference across our communities. From inspiring stories to well deserved wins, the night perfectly showcased the impact within the social housing sector. Guests enjoyed a lively drinks reception followed by a three-course meal, with plenty of fun throughout the night including a complimentary raffle, cashless casino, chocolate fountain, Scalextric and a DJ keeping the dancefloor going into the early hours – definitely more than your average awards night! Thank you to everyone who attended and helped create such a fantastic atmosphere!
